We're Back!

For all two of you that noticed, this blog has been offline since December 2020. You see, I self-host this blog on a Raspberry Pi computer in my house; in late 2020, my family started house hunting. We found a beautiful new home, and moved into it in April of this year.

Given all of the hustle and bustle of moving into a new house, putting the blog back online took a bit of a backseat. But I'm happy to say that we're back in action. I've even taken the opportunity to "upgrade" from a Raspberry Pi 3B+ to a Raspberry Pi 4, and installed Ghost 4. (A significant software ugprade.)

I look forward to getting back in the habit of writing new blog posts in the very near future. The move has come with a complete redesign of my home network (mopping up some technical debt from my last network), and I've been meticulous about segmenting the new array of IoT gadgets I've outfitted our new house with. I expect to have a lot of "Investigation in Isolation" posts to cover some of the new things I've picked up along the way, including:
